Restaurant Chez Gado Gado in Seminyak - Bali Indonesia

Arriving at Chez Gado Gado you immediately feel that this might be a different experience than other Balinese upscale restaurants. The entrance is almost royal and the maître makes you feel very at home. When escorted to your table you suddenly notice the beauty of the location. A slightly elevated oceanfront terrace facing Bali’s west beach and pairing sunset. Chez Gado Gado offers a blend of cuisines and the plates show that the chef is well trained and talented. Once the first course arrived we already finished our first Veneto prosecco served and introduced by the sommelier. Actually he guided the entire dining experience with such enthusiasm and passion making the night a memorable one.

The restaurant serves excellent imported wines by the glass and boasts a selection of fine ones from all over the globe. No pretentious and outdated chateaux but refined modern classics are in stock and if you are not such the wine expert but do like the taste of the better stuff. The sommelier will help you choose the prefect bottle.
