Not often have we checked in in such a unique hotel. This is luxury mixed with city chique at its best. Hotel Cort a bit like The Hamptons in the city. At first you can get overwhelmed by the blue and white decoration but after a couple of minutes you will get it. Everything is so well balanced you will feel right at home.
The design is outrageous and cool. All walls are decorated with a typical Mallorcan print and the rooms could also be the ones you would find in a yacht, a luxurious and high-tech yacht though but everything still kept the authenticity a big historic Palma building should have.
All rooms are equipped with the latest technology and the audio is even controllable while taking a shower in a very well designed bathroom. Most rooms come with double shower-heads.
The restaurant has the look of a French brasserie and serves very tasty and modern dishes from all sorts of cuisines. The menu is often changed and based on the season and the availability of fresh ingredients. The à la carte dishes are changed less often and have some to be classics on it already. The Raw-bar closes the deal as they have the best and most fresh fish you can imagine like a selection of Oysters, Tuna tartar and 'Ceviche which is one of the dishes the restaurant is famous for.
The hotel is also a hotspot for locals which makes the hotelbar a lively and vibrant place for evening drinks and superb cocktails.
Although the hotel is located in the heart of the city centre the architect still managed to fit in a reasonable sized plunge pool of which the design is quite extraordinary. The pool area also has some nicely set up deck loungers where you can enjoy the island sun without getting the feeling of being in the city at all.

The design is outrageously cool, we have never seen something alike.
The tasty and nutritious breakfast is not a buffet but a la carte and can be served outside on the terrace right in the heart of Palma.
Hotel Cort is located on te Plaça de Cort, right across City Hall. The ancient and enormous olive tree in the middle is what gives this little square a unique 'village within the city' vibe.
The stainless steel rooftop pool is one of the many features that make Hotel Cort cool and unique.
